In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal
data can be processed by PEOPLE FOCUS CONSULTING SERVICES LTD. CO. (“The
Company”) within the scope described below.
Your collected personal data that you have disclosed to us will be processed with the aim of
assessing your job application request and your suitability for the relevant position, confirming
the accuracy of the information provided to us, sharing the notes taken on your resume with the
manager so that the manager can better understand and recognize the candidate, confirming the
data with the reference persons you include in your resume, interviews within the framework of
the human resources policies of our company and the companies we provide HR services, and
for the purposes of conducting and finalizing the recruitment processes and communicating with
you within this scope, as well as for the fulfillment of legal and commercial obligations with our
Company and those who have business relations with our Company. It will be processed within
the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of
Law No. 6698 for the purpose of determining and implementing our commercial and business
strategies and developing and improving the recruitment principles applied by our Institution.
Your collected personal data will not be shared with third parties in case a business contract is
not concluded between the parties or between you and the companies we provide HR services.
Your personal data will be kept by our Company for 2 years so that you can be evaluated for
another suitable position, in the event that an employment contract is not concluded between you
and our company or the companies we provide HR services. If a business relationship cannot be
established between the parties at the end of 2 years, your personal data will be destroyed or
anonymized.
Your personal data is obtained by our Company based on different channels and different legal
reasons; to implement our company's human resources policies and to carry out recruitment
processes. Your personal data is collected in this process, through the relevant career sites where
you apply for a job or in the physical environment, through other websites that allow you to
apply for a job or in the physical environment, to evaluate your job application request and your
suitability for the relevant position and to carry out and finalize the recruitment processes within
the framework of the Company's human resources policies, and it is collected for legal reasons
such as conducting our commercial activities and operational processes in order to communicate
with you. We would like to point out that your personal data, which is made public by you, can
be shared with third parties.
As personal data owners, you can send your requests regarding your rights to the Information
Request Application Form presented in the attachment to the e-mail address

İSTANBUL, and our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and free of charge
within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal
data owners have the following rights:
a) To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
b) If the personal data is processed, to request information about it,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether these are used in accordance
with their purpose or not,
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred inside the country or abroad
e) To request the correction of personal data in case of missing or incorrect processing and to
request that the third parties get notified about this process
f) To request the erasure or destruction and that the third parties get notified in case the reasons
that necessitate the data processing according to PDPB disappear,
g) To object the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the
processed data exclusively through automated systems
h) To request the recovery of the loss in case the personal data is damaged due to illegal
processing
I was informed pursuant to Law. No. 6698, regarding for what purpose my personal data will be
processed by PEOPLE FOCUS CONSULTING SERVICES LTD. CO. (“Company”), to whom
and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason
for collecting personal data, and other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.
I consent for all kinds of personal data I have shared with the company, including the notes taken
by the personnel of the human resources specialists, to be processed by the Company in order to
evaluate my suitability for the position I applied for, to carry out and conclude the recruitment
processes within the framework of the Company’s human resources policies, to evaluate my
application in similar positions that will occur later in case the result is negative and to
communicate within this scope, and to communicate with the Company’s human resources
during interviews and job interviews. I consent for the human resources department of the
Company to keep my personal data in the data pool of the company for the specified period of
my contract, and for the department to call and receive information / data from the relevant
persons about my disposition and this information / data to be recorded by the Company, and for
my personal data to be shared with the competent authorities in order to fulfill the legal
obligations of the Company.
I consent to the transfer of this Explicit Consent Declaration Form that I approve the processing
of my personal data, to persons who will give reference, in order to obtain information about my
disposition, if requested by the references I have chosen with my own will.
