- We create the standard performance evaluation forms. We aim to set up the most suitable model that does not tire the employee out, is efficient and sustainable.
- We stand by our business partner in the processes of announcing the process to all the employees and conducting communication management.
- We provide evaluators with a training for the performance evaluation process and giving feedback, and we stand by our managers ,who will make evaluations, whenever they need throughout the process.
- We believe in human resources systems that communicate with each other, and we ensure that performance outputs are provided with input to other parts of human resources such as education, career, and salaries.
